1. Introduction
Digipanda (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Rapstar mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use Rapstar. Please read this policy carefully. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in this policy.
If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not access or use Rapstar.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide Directly
- Display Name / Username: A name you choose to identify yourself on the leaderboard. This is the only piece of information you actively provide to us. Choose a name you're comfortable showing publicly.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Game Scores & Rankings: Your in-game scores, high scores, and leaderboard position generated through gameplay.
- Session Data: Timestamps and frequency of gameplay sessions used to calculate rankings.
- Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and app version, collected solely for compatibility and performance optimization.
- Crash Reports: If the app crashes, anonymized technical data about the crash may be collected to help us fix bugs.
2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect
We want to be explicit about what we do not collect:
- Your real name
- Email address or phone number
- Payment or financial information
- Precise or approximate location data
- Contacts, photos, camera, or microphone access
- Health or fitness data
- Social media account information
- Browsing history outside our App
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To display your display name and score on the public leaderboard within the App.
- To calculate and maintain accurate rankings among all players.
- To improve App performance, fix bugs, and optimize the user experience.
- To analyze aggregated, anonymous usage patterns to understand how players engage with the game.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond what is listed above.
4. Public Leaderboard
Important Notice: Your display name and game score are publicly visible on the in-app global leaderboard. Anyone who downloads and opens Rapstar can see the leaderboard, including your chosen name and score.
Please choose a display name that you are comfortable sharing publicly. Do not use your real name, email address, or any personally identifying information as your display name.
Leaderboard rankings are not shared externally or sold to third parties. They are visible only within the Rapstar application.
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share data only in these limited circumstances:
- Service Providers: We may share data with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the App (e.g., cloud hosting, crash analytics). These providers are contractually obligated to keep your data confidential and use it only for the services they provide to us.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
We do not share your personal information with advertising networks or data brokers.
6. Data Retention
We retain your display name and game scores for as long as you actively use the App, or until you request deletion. Leaderboard data may be retained for a limited period after account inactivity to maintain ranking integrity for other active players.
Anonymized and aggregated usage data (with no connection to individual users) may be retained indefinitely to help us improve the game.
7. Children's Privacy
Rapstar is not directed at or intended for children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under these ages.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us immediately at info@digipanda.com.tr. We will promptly delete such information from our systems.
If we learn that we have inadvertently collected information from a child under the applicable minimum age, we will take steps to delete that information as quickly as possible.
8. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Deletion: Request that we delete your personal information, including your display name and game scores. Note that deletion may remove you from the leaderboard.
- Restriction: Request that we limit the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
- Portability: Request that we provide your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

9. European Users — GDPR
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the following additional provisions apply under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or equivalent laws:
Legal Basis for Processing: We process your personal data based on your consent (by downloading and using the App), and on our legitimate interest in providing and improving the game service.
International Transfers: Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the EEA. When we make such transfers, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with applicable law.
Supervisory Authority: You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority if you believe we have processed your data in violation of applicable law.
Data Controller: Digipanda acts as the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.
10. California Residents — CCPA/CPRA
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):
- Right to Know: The right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell about you.
- Right to Delete: The right to request deletion of your personal information.
- Right to Correct: The right to correct inaccurate personal information.
- Right to Opt-Out: The right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

11. Security
We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes encrypted data transmission, secure server infrastructure, and access controls.
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. In the event of a data breach that affects your rights or freedoms, we will notify you and relevant authorities as required by law.
12. Third-Party Services
Rapstar may use third-party services for analytics and crash reporting (such as Firebase by Google or equivalent providers). These services may collect anonymized technical information under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services we use.
We do not integrate third-party advertising networks into Rapstar.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy. In the case of material changes, we may also notify you through the App.
Your continued use of Rapstar after we post changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. If you do not agree to the changes, please discontinue use of the App.
